Annual newsletter
We send a newsletter to each year to the home address provided by your employer to let you know your annual pension forecast is available online.  The newsletter includes information on changes to the LGPS, topical pension issues and a summary of the accounts.


Benefit statements
Each year we will provide an annual pension forecast via our My Pension online service by 31 August each year.  You can also request that a forecast be sent to you by post.

Email
If you have registered an email address with us we will send information on changes to the LGPS and topical pension issues as they arise.


My Pension online
We provide an online facility to allow you to update your details, change your nomination and model retirement benefits.
